First Class Simulations secures publishing deal for East Coast Express (Part One) London to Peterborough

First Class Simulations is pleased to announce that it has secured the rights to publish East Coast Express (Part One) London to Peterborough, the latest product from leading train sim developer, EuropeanBahn. As one of the UK’s principal trunk routes, today’s East Coast line has been referred to via many different names over the years including L.N.E.R. (London North Eastern Railways) through to today’s G.N.E.R. (Great North Eastern Railway). Over the intervening years this busy line has seen many changes and improvements. It also hosted the introduction of high-speed train travel in the UK.

East Coast Express (Part One) London to Peterborough features twenty-three stations from London Kings Cross to Peterborough set in a contemporary theme. Part Two, expected in mid summer 2006, will complete the journey from Peterborough all the way to York. Rolling stock includes class 91’s, Class 43’s plus 317’s for the local services. The product features fifteen activities staged over a variety of seasons and conditions. Easy, medium and difficult modes will test all levels of user experience.

About First Class Simulations

First Class Simulations is a dedicated publisher of add-ons for Microsoft Flight and Train simulation products. The company is a division of Contact Sales Limited.

About EuropeanBahn

EuropeanBahn was formed to fill a void created as Microsoft Train Simulator established itself in the market palace. The constantly increasing end-user appetite for more challenging routes and detailed environments gave rise to the opportunity for EuropeanBahn to develop products which this newly created market thirsted for. London - Brighton Express is possibly the best selling add –on UK route to date followed sharply by the developer’s other titles, Brighton - Portsmouth, London - Brighton Express Addpack and the company’s last offering, Pageants Field. All in all, four mainstream, highly successful products with a further six planned for 2006.
