The Just Trains Timetable Is Filling Up!

Just Trains, the UK-based specialist rail simulation publisher, is gearing up for a very busy end of year. A wide range of new titles for the hugely successful Rail Simulator platform are due for release over the next couple of months.

First out of the blocks is the Voyager passenger train. The Voyager is already available to download exclusively from Justtrains.net and the boxed version will be taking to the tracks on 7th November, ready for an official launch at the Birmingham Flight and Train Simulation Show. Voyager features the Class 220 and Class 221 trains clothed in a set of distinctive liveries. The detailed cabs, controls and animations are coupled to accurate models of the train physics to provide a highly realistic driving experience. Voyager also features an immersive passenger view, a high quality sound set and seven engrossing scenarios.

Following Voyager down the Rail Simulator tracks is the Class 66 diesel locomotive. Developed by the team at RSDL, this classic train will be available initially as a download. It will then be partnered in boxed and download versions with the superb Isle of Wight Railway package. This features the entire railway line that services the picturesque holiday island and includes the iconic Class 483 underground trains and the 1915 Invincible steam locomotive.

Just Trains is also working on a set of four different cargo wagon PlusPaks for Rail Simulator. Developed in exacting detail, right down to the last nut and bolt, these will be available as downloads to swell the virtual rolling stock of every simulated rail enthusiast.

Even more content is under development for early 2009 and Just Trains' Development Director Alex Ford commented: "We have found Rail Simulator to be a hugely rewarding sim to work with.
