Rail Simulator.com Announced By Paul Jackson

It is my great pleasure to announce the formation of RailSimulator.com and my appointment as CEO. This isn't just a change of name. RailSimulator.com is a new company independently financed to own, develop and publish the RailSimulator technology. Both myself, new investors and the dev-team are committed and excited by the prospects and vision we have for the new company. I'll have more to say about this in the coming weeks including introductions to some new members of the team.

I myself am a lifelong Railfan and have spent almost all my professional life building and running computer game companies. So as you can imagine being asked to become CEO of RailSimulator.com is a dream come true for me. Finally after 20 years in the business I get to combine work and play!

I am keen to make it clear that RailSimulator.com is in this for the long-haul, this product exists for the community and many of the initiatives myself and the team will be bringing in will be focussed on expanding the features and opportunities of RailWorks users.

Having introduced myself, I would like to wish you all a happy Easter, you will be hearing regularly from me from now on!
