The following is a sample of legal distribution terms that was written by well known aircraft designer Tony Bolton. This can serve as a template or starting point for writing your own terms. You'll note that though fairly short and simple the notice reserves all rights to the file for the original author.

As freeware you are permitted to distribute this archive subject to the following conditions, - The archive must be distributed without modification to the contents of the archive.
