Euston, there isn't too much information about the route on your site, and so I have some questions. It looks kind of bare, and I'm not sure if this is because it is in an early stage of development or if it will be a "developers route" like the Tehachapi route from 3D Train Stuff.

There's no mention if this route will be available for free or if you will be selling it. I'll gladly pay for a good product if it is complete (I didn't buy Tehachapi because I barely have enough time to play the game and certainly don't have the time to add scenery myself).

Finally, do you have any guess as to when the route will be available? Three months? Before the end of the year? Just wondering.

I tried to access the site and check what you have done and was stopped by a prompt that the bandwidth limit for the day had been reached and thus would not grant access to your page. I will try another time, but it appears that you will not be providing download access because of it. Wish you luck on getting your line up and running.

LAST EDITED ON Jun-23-02 AT 05:56AM (EDT)[p]Yeah, sorry about the download limiter - the desert RR pics are on bravenet - so there is a daily bandwidth limit of 20Mb a day (or about 200 visits - which I got). I'll upload some pics here if people do not get a chance to see them.
The route will probably be uploaded to train-sim.com - so there should be no bandwidth probs.

To CyberSky: The route will be free (mostly because I'm using freeware objects from other people).
The route will be fully sceniced - there is a large town (Gallup) - and some ghost towns.
Vegitation will be added later after I look at some pictures, and get the right type of vegitation.

I am currently about 30% into the route - release date should be in August.

FYI: There will be an activity set included with the route.

The route will inlcude people thanks to http://www.railwaystation.com/trainsim/index.html
