Is it possible to use trainz engines in MSTS? I know Auran made a DD40 some time ago and it worked in MSTS....Can you do this with other trainz things as well?

No... at least I hope not. That DD40 was four MSTS, not trainz.

Nope.
It is impossible to use a Trainz object with MTS and vice-versa.
