Hello,
I had posted over in the Activity Forum, but this is more of a route design editor problem. I have been very frustrated over the issue of switches and not being able to control them. I have been working on a new route, just a simple track plan from an HO track layout book. But I couldn't control the switches without creating an extensive path. Here are the differences.
Switches controll only by the dispatcher, or sim:
AltPnt10dLft.s
Switches for manual operation:
AltPnt10dLftMnl.s
I used the Route Editor to reverse engineer the Marias Pass Route. It was then that I saw the different switch names.
