what is "dynamic track"

i am making a route and at the end i am also making a loop so the trains dont have to reverse, however how do you get the tracks to join together at the end of the loop, do you use dynamic track, if so how do you change its properties,

You can set the Dynamic track by using the Dynamic track window, after you set it down.
