Yea I'd say 600 cars is unrealistic and its a problem when you dont have a siding thats long enough.

You've never been to Kentucky. Down there on the back roads the little guy gets out of the way, not the big guy. Point being everyone else can take siding.

That is one of the dumbest things I have ever seen. The boiler bends and flexes around corners. Got sand?! That's a lot of sand domes.

That looks pretty sweet! I think the people stopped at crossings would have a hard time waiting for a 600 car train to pass, though. ;)

After making a similar consist I found there was no steam effects because there were too many steam units to add them to.

Behold, "Da Supaah Boy", 1 Challenger front unit and 45 Big Boy rear units with 600 cars in tow storm up Marias Pass at 88 MPH!

Should have a cab forward on the front end...
Still, the regular Big Boy is best :-)
