Cab for Bi-Level Metra Cabcar?

Hello all,
I have seen a couple screenshots of a cab/cabview for a Metra type Bilevel passenger cabcar, but do not see one on the file library here. (unless I completely overlooked it).
Can someone suggest a file, filename, location where I can get one for my Metra, and old C&NW passenger trains?

For the newer Metra ones, I just use the Pacific Surfliner Cab, and for the old ones I just made a simple, non-animated Cabview out of a picture I took out of Metra Cab 801. I might upload it if there's interest.

But can you tell me where I get this PS Cab? I did a file search here for Pacific Surfliner, and all I got was an activity?
