Hi
I am trying to figure out the Maria's pass updates. It is quite confusing ...

the default is one of the default routes. Then there was Maria's Pass UPdate 3.0 which i cant for sure find in the library. Then there is the Great Northern LIne in various permutations....3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and then there is a 4.0 versoin mentioned... there is one version that is six parts.....

are all of these about the expansion of the basic route? or are they differnt?

I am hoping to get whatever there is with the fullest scenery and most developed form but had to give up as i just could not understand what was going on. And i saw that Michael Sinclair has done a tree upgrade for the basic Maria, will that work for the enhanced versions too?

thanks for any help on this and sorry i cant figure it out.... :) yet

There have been several "upgrades" of the default MP route. The last and best of those is the MP3.1 with the two fix files, I think it is 2 fixes. This includes a full set of activities to install and some extra, albeit now, old rolling stock. The route does not replace the default route.

The GN Hiline is a complaeely different version of the pass set in a slightly earlier time period, and as a result has different siding/station names in places, and a different track plan.

Michael Sinclair's trees are a direct replacement for any route that ises the default trees, and if installed to the default will be copied to the newly installed route when the installme.bat for the route is run. They can also be used as replacements in the usual way for any route that would benefit from them.
