Is there a place to download like new rails?? I knew at one point in time a while back there was a place to get some new rails as in the file a_clean_track and such...

Where abouts would one go and find something like that??

Should be: www.otto-wipfel.co.uk/msts-downloads/tracks.zip and is a selection of over 40 track textures for D.I.Y. use and is also available in the File Library.

Looking at the 2008 dates of these ZIPs don't think so.

Can't check what I did with your version, my sims computer being out of action.
