NS ES44DC Help

I had downloaded the NS ES44DC form the File LB,but how do I install it to Railworks.I double clicked the RS exe nothing happened so dose anyone here have this.Loco also i heard it has its own Audio Folder so can anyone upload it for me so I can.Add it too Railworks Thank You All.:p:p:p:o:o.If there is a Audio Folder how can Transfer those Audio Files too the ES44 Audio Folder.???

You would install this like any other Rail Simulator skin into RailWorks. RW_Tools (I think thats the name) does this. As far as I know this loco doesnt have its own audio folder. Just a standard repaint.

I did nothing happened Norton said it had a something and Blocked Removed it.

I hope youre the repainter! Isnt it against forum rules to post others work through other means other than what the original creator intended especially without permission? I think the link should be removed. The file is in the f/l. If you asked for permission except my apology.
