Please Help-Windows 7 MSTS and Raildriver question

I just got a new computer with Windows 7 and started loading everythingon MSTS Works, all add ons work, but the Raildriver wont install. I load the disk, start the install, and it gets to 10% then after a while I hit cancel, it speeds to 99% then finishes, but doesn't load. I have heard on here that there is a way to get Raildriver msts and Windows 7 to work together. I am getting frustrated, and even PI engineering said they don't support it on the Windows. Is there a way? and if so Where and How do I do it?

I also have the Home edition of Win 7 looks like that may make a difference.

My Wife said we could return the computer if it doesn't work. I don't want to get rid of a brand new PC but I will if I have to.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that RD will only work in XP and Vista.

I am thinking of Upgrading to the Ultimate edition of Win 7 then downloading XP again, this would probably be the best route to go. I apprciate your answer.
