Not able to use F10 or F4 keys

Hi, I think this is a great innovation to the Rail Sim community, and I look forward
to using this version. I've just downloaded and I'm having a problem with the F4 and F10 keys. What have I done wrong?:eek:

Do the F8/F9 keys work? From your inquiry on our web site it appears you have some other serious issues.

To help us diagnose your problem, please attach the Open Rails log file. You should find it on your desktop. In addition, some basic information regarding your system specs: CPU, Video card, RAM would assist the team.
