Previous versions released as Mumbai Subarban and Mumbai routes.
Description:
A route based on the real rail network in Western India. The route is from Mumbai (Bombay) and extends from CST to Pune, Nasik, Roha on Central Railway and Churchgate to Dahanu Road on Western Railway.
Interconnecting lines from Vasai to Panvel and Panvel to Karjat also depicted.
Branch lines at Kurla for Mumbai Port Trust Railway, Panvel for JNPT.
Under construction lines like Mumbai Metro one from Versova to Ghatkopar and fifth-sixth line between Thane to Kalyan also shown.
Based on Google data and digital elevations from SRTM. Unregistered version of Demex used to create terrain.
Major mountain grades at three sites between (1) Karjat and Lonavala, (2) Kasara and Igatpuri and (3) Narrow gauge from Neral to Matheran.
The section uploaded is from Kalyan to Lonavala with complete scenery. Activities limited to that section. Next sections to be
uploaded as updates as and when they are completed scenerywise. Route is drivable through all corners even now with all stations and signals, etc in place.
Installation Method: Self extracting executable, automatic install. Does not alter system registry or MSTS. Requires full install of MSTS including the SD402 and Class50 updates. Other requirements mentioned in the readme file named "Mumbai2011.html".
Size of Download: about 300 MB of all four parts

Length of Mainlines: approximately 200 km from Mumbai CST to Pune, 134 km from Kalyan to Nasik, 120 km from Churchgate to Dahanu, 100 km from Diva to Roha plus a lot of branch lines.
Number of Yards: 15(?) + team tracks
Mixture of Dual and Single Track: Yes upto 8 lines at some places.
Level of Trackside Detail: Extremely well detailed. Signals, Scenery extremely well detailed.
Amount of Scenery Completed: almost 100% for the section uploaded (more improvements if thought necessary will be added later).
FPS Specs, with qualifiers: 13-25 Athlon X4, 3GB ram, sliders maxed except specular lighting @ 1024x768 16bit (Due to large numbers of loose consists and AI trains, activities will push the limits and get lower framerates unless train object texture quality is lowered on slow systems)
Activities Provided: Five activities with many loose consists and AI traffic trains.
Non-Default Consists or Rolling Stock Required in Activities: as per the readme file.
