    Default Transparent Class 50 train

So, I downloaded the version 1.2 upgrade. I am happy with the SD40's but the Class 50 trainset is transparent. All of the external views and passenger view are transparent. You can see right through them. Sit in the passenger car, look down and see the tracks. The cab view is pretty much ok except the control handles. For example, move the throttle from idle to any other position, the handle stays at idle and a transparent handle shows the actual position. I don't have this problem with anything other trains.
Anyone else have this problem? Is there an easy fix?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Trevor

Sounds like you have a file missing.

The attachment shows what your folder for the Mk1 Carriages should look like.

I don't see tracks on the passenger view, I see the floor. Try reinstalling.

Well, I checked my file folder against yours and all seems to be the same. I am begining to think it might be a video card problem. Funny that it doesn't affect any other trains.

Tried reinstalling. This time the install wizard gave me 3 options. Custom, fix and uninstall. I tried the fix option first and still the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still no luck. I even tried the custom install and same thing. A transparent train.
Anyway, I am begining to think it might be a video card problem. I don't have one of the recommended video cards to begin with. I had to install the MSTS V1.1 update before I could get MSTS working. Luckly it's not a tain I real need to have.

    Thanks

May I ask, what kind of video card are you running? I can suggest some good cards at good prices if you'd like.

    Then download again and try.
