Does anyone know if there is a gn rdc available anywhere?

Also on the old gn was Harve and cut bank division points for the engineer and fireman?

    Haven't seen one.

According to Andre at V-Scale Cutbank used to be, so Havre probably would be as well.

I cannot log in to the file library right now, but I remember seeing a GN RDG once. I guess it was part of a three-pack of RDCs. Can anyone confirm this, maybe even give the zip's correct file name?

As for the division points, as far as I figured out while researching for my route, crew change points used to be Whitefish, Blackfoot, and Havre in the steam age. Later (1950s???) they moved the crew change point from Blackfoot to Cut Bank.

Havre was also division point of "Lines East" and "Lines West". In the days of big steam, engines were changed there as well, not only crews.

That file is skins only for the Auran RDC.

Sorry about that Mervyn. I have that early Auran pack, so I didn't think to check.

No worries Mike. I think I can use the ace as a guide to do a reskin of kcjones model.

Edit. I forgot that I had the Auran .s file left over from when I helped somebody to set up a NH unit. Having compared the two skins on their respective models it should prove to be no real problem to repaint the kcjones model. They both use the same principle of one texture for both sides.

Gaetan Belanger has an excellent model on his site and a decent cab too. It's in VIA livery though.

This shot from Fallen Flags shows little but the road name in terms of Livery for this GN RDC

More Pics here. It says they ony had 1 RDC (?) and yet the picture shown on this site has a much different livery to the Fallen Flags one. BTW closer inspection of the previous shot shows a missing "peel off" Drumhead on the front door. Nicely displayed on the header of the Fallen Flags GN Page if you need one.
