I can't get Red Mountain Pass to work

Do you have xtracks 3.2 or later installed?

I can't get Red Mountain Pass to work either. One question is what is the difference between the rmngr2.zip file and the ngroute.zip file other than size? The other question is where do you find definitions of the consists that the services files call out?

They are all in the FL.

rmng2.zip is just the new version, with a fix and smaller file size.

For this you need Xtracks.

Maybe I am missing something, but I just do not see any .con, .act or .apk listed in the filelist of ngroute.zip. Is there another place that I should be looking?
