    Default Five Chime Consultants Website...

I thought maybe someone would be interested in this site for air horns. We need more realistic sounds for this game! So here ya go...

Just a quick word of warning.
The 5 Chime Site is wonderfull but their sound samples are copyrighted and you MUST get permission to distribute them....

    Thanks for the heads-up.

The fellow simmer that contacted me and is working on a sound loop for a Leslie 5 chime also pointed that out. If something is produced that looks like it would be useable for the masses in Simdom, then we would try to obtain permission to distribute. If permission is denied, then that's that.

We wait with crossed fingers and shall see the outcome.

In the past they've been pretty good...
I had very little trouble (other than finding the right guy to e-mail to, Evan Werekema) in getting their permission to MSTS-ize their New Haven Hancock Air Whistle and I believe that Kurt got their permission for a K5LA and maybe some others too.
I think their main concern would be that it is only for freeware and that the quality of the distribution meet their standards....
At least it was with the Hancock...
