    i have played the demo version of trainz,it seems that it requires a faster machine than the Trainsim.

    Did you play the updated Demo? There are 2 demos. Old one, with sower perfomance and no DirectX support,
    and new one faster, and with DirectX support.
    Also, you don't need faster machine to play Trainz. Just make settings so it looks like MSTS, and you will get almost same perfomance.
    What is your machine?
