I purchased Trainz about 10 months ago and registered my serial number at Auran. I have been unable to download any files from the official site or post any messages for the last three months because, according to them, my serial number was not registered with my profile. I tried entering my serial number and was told that the serial number was already in use. I have sent a couple emails with copies of my receipt to rectify the problem but have not had a response. Anybody have any ideas what to do next? Thanks!
