cant install Cajon Pass

Hi Folks

Need help once more

When installing cajon pass I get an error message "File corrupt TERRTEX\cajonOroGGTR.ace"

Can anyone help.

I have tried re downloading but still the same message

Hello Bill,

What is the name of the zip file you are using? There are two Cajon Pass Routes, one payware, one freeware.

The one that I know of is cp.zip. This is the one I use. The other one is from 3DTrainStuff.com.

If you have Route Riter, run it and it will likely replace that error with a file from another installed route on your system.

I am using cp.zip

I am using winzip to extract would I be better using winrar as I notice that alot of the files in the DL folders are winrar.

If I cant install the damaged file how will route ritter be able to replace the file.

Hi Bill

You pointed me in the right direction.

I opened up the zip and copied and pasted the contents of the zip into my routes folder, ran route ritter and it did what you said it would, then I ran Cajon Pass exe from within the route folder and it works fine.

The route looks awsome.
