    Question Hmmmm

    Well, it beats me. I can't find any .wav files, and I skimmed thru the 8.01 Audio Control and Blueprints.pdf file, can't find anyplace where it says "record a confused guinea pig trying to mate with a kazoo, save as European_Train_Horn.wav, load up in asset cruncher to convert to European_Train_Horn.dav". I'm guessing on the .dav since it seems to be the most common file extension in the audio section, haven't tried to play one in windows media yet. Curious, have you looked;

    This website don't have a KRS sound forum, so if you're not already there your best bet is to register at UK trainsim and ask in the sound forum.

    Default Lol

    All im trying to do here is just replace the default ES44 horn with another. Im not trying to make a new sound or anything crazy lol

    OK so I took the least convoluted way of putting the new horn in and all i needed to do is just replace the xxx.dav with the xxx.wav and edit the horn.proxyxml file to point to it just like in MSTS; the .dav is the audio files which i didnt know so thats what through me off thanks for the help guys!!!
