Both units are ex CR.. you can see CR paint, blue body and white handles. One of them is just a simple upgrade after a rebuild with new Horsehead paint.

They were delivered with both styles, as were the SD60Ms. The SD60Ms changed around 5530, and the C40-8Ws changed somewhere around 6120. Perhaps the change was related to adoption of EFI.

I think all the ac's are equipped with the IFC
Conrails IFC units started at 6145 IIRC but the LMS units were delivered with the older style analog gauges and such.
