Andy Fletcher is a professional artist, trust me his pictures, little stickers and refrigirator magnets look great.
FYI, I went on the Trains Magazine Facebook site yesterday and there are a "boatload" of sketches for heritage repaints of many of the roads making up what we have today (BNSF, CP, UP, CN, NS, CSX), using ES44, SD70ACe, DD40X, etc. Seems as if there is at least something for all the roads making up BNSF at least.
