Train Shown When Loading OpenBVE Routes?

Does anyone know which train (locomotive) is shown in this Logo for OpenBVE?

Things I managed...
It's Electric! Not US! Possibly Japanese characters on the top (above the door)! Possibly one end of a multiple unit? (Based on the odd hitch, no buffers and a folded shelf at the bottom of the door!)
