Default Two heritage units in one day!!!

The sun didn't really cooperate today, but I still managed to catch two heritage units!

NS 8100 on train 650, parked just outside Enola Yard...

    11R crossing over the 650

NS 8102 on train 925 (loaded ballast train) near Boiling Springs, PA

8383 on train 203 near Boiling Springs, PA

    Enjoy!

Thanks! I would have preferred to wait for a train with a cleaner unit passing over in the other direction, but instead packed up and headed out on a (false) report that 8103 was headed into town as well. Turned out to be 8301, but I guess a clean C40-8 on the point was a good catch too.

I really like the NKP heritage unit so far with the looks. I also saw a glimpse of the N&W unit, and that I like as well.

    Some fantastic shots!

My favorite is the Nickel Plate unit, but I love the all!

The NKP one could use a gyralight in that empty nose hole.
