As I said earlier Mike, appearance looks bloody good. No flaming, each to their own as to what point they buy it and at what price. Personally I prefer the convenience of the Steam version and if need be I can pay cash for a couple of vouchers and sneak those on the account in readiness, not so much to show in the bill book!

I cloned the ECML route and swapped in the S&C track. Looks much nicer than the track that N3V put in. Just hoping the new Edinburgh - Dundee route, is easily merged with the existing section.

Yeah i said i was finished with Trainz, i got in a strop over these membership subscriptions. Didn't realise the old options of buying the game and FCT were still available. But i am four apples short of a fruit bowl.

I am not a lover of Steam, sorry Vern. I only have it installed at all, because of TS20xx.

Have they already provided two fixes for it?

That is the name of the route.

It's specifically released for TANE SP2 and later, Bruce.

As for me, who is a former Trainz fanboy...I'm not sure at this point if I'll get TRS2019. I haven't even played with T:ANE due to hardware problems, even though I have that spiffy metal box.

I noticed on the various deals you can obtain from the Trainz Portal page. They have a Gold Class Monthly Membership for a month at $14.99, it states that you can cancel this it at any time, presumably, when your 28 day period expires. This enables you to access this early doors TRS2019 version immediately plus other things like an FCT for the DLS and discounts to their store, etc, etc. If I took out a month's subscription, can I download TRS2019 early access now and then all the other routes that come with it by September 7th, if I wanted them, of course, I could just ignore those and install my T:ANE and TS12 content instead, and then cancel my membership after 28 days? Which even if I took out 2 month's subscription would still only work out at $30, instead of the $70 retail price quoted, or, am I missing something here?

                      Oh! Okay...thanks, Mike.
That screenshot looks quite good except for the haze effect.
Tasmanian railways are cute.......these days there are no passenger services at all - it is all freight, aimed at reducing the number of heavy trucks on the roads of our island state.

                        Very welcome Bruce.

Steve, everyone is already able to download the early access version of TRS2019.

N3V did an about face about keeping the plebs waiting until Sept 7th.

Which ever option you choose, the game is available as soon as you purchase it.

                        Mike.

I want to go for the cheapest option Mike, I am nearly a Northerner.......

Thanks for the info, anyway, I don't read the forums, so, was unaware of the u-turn.

And, I've just read on the N3V forum that there will be a DVD disc boxed version released for TRS2019, so, I might wait for that instead, it'll go with my collection.

                            Cheerz, Steve.

Very nice Harold. What is the lighting like if you turn on some rain, or, snow, or, Autumn (fall) colours, how does this new light box reflect those situations, please?

                                Hahahahahahaha, only nearly though Steve.

I went for the old option, buy the game no memberships.

£55 which is more than their usual pricing, but not robbery.

                                Mike.
