    Hello,
Best for me to just shut up and sit quetly for now. I honestly thought when I started this thread I was simply posting info about a new release. Then after some posts I was simply posting one users experience (mine) after others posted theirs. Simple as that. But that certainly is not how things are seen. I guess I need to go back and re-read my posts. Going to the "time out" corner for now.

      Mac,
Your fitting right in, don't despair, nor, hold back, Give it to em, both barrels... lol... I say them as, you'll learn, the old geezer knows best. Others may indeed try to sway you otherwise, but, don't believe it. If in doubt, come to me, I'll let ya know, I be right...lol...
Your voice is just as important as any here, course remember, mine be at the top.
      Welcome to the "Community".

You can join our stable of misfits. I'm a big wrestling fan so I can throw some out. The masked conductors, The Deplorables, R-Evolution.

          Mac --

Just hang in here. There are one or two here who hate Trainz with a vengeance. Either because of perceived wrongs in the past, or because of the faults in the simulation that are show-stoppers for them, or because they don't understand the reasons why some of us enjoy it so much.

Then there is Vern. Last year he thought he was indecisive. This year he's not so sure. He flips and flops. I think over the decades that I've been here he's installed and removed Trainz from his PC at least two dozen times. Occasionally he actually completes a route. But at heart he's one of the good guys.

Hi Phil! Can't tell you how surprised I was when I saw a post of yours here some days ago! Thanks for your words. Thanks to SurviforSean and SMRY for their words too.

No problem here. I've done some public speaking over the years and I've had sweet little old ladies who disagree with my message put their finger one inch from my nose and shake it (their finger, not my nose) up and down like crazy while yelling all the time. Sweet little old ladies! There are times when you just "back out" and be quiet for the sake of everyones sanity.

And now, as Paul Harvey would say: "The rest of the story." As I'm sure you know, evidently the new TNI physics plugin code is causing some portal related problems in SP3. So actually, some of the criticism made has come true. Once again N3V and beta testing allowed some problems to get through. This having to do with forward/reverse lash-ups of locos coming out of portals. So I'm having to eat some of my words! (But I still don't see all the day to day issues that many others report. TRS-19 runs really well for me and give me hours and hours of pleasure. It has also caused me to have interest in and learn much much more about railroading.)

Oh dear! I hope that you're not including me in that pile, Phil?
I certainly don't hate Trainz. I just dislike it, preferring alternatives and simply frustrated with N3V.

Mike hates it.....and N3V. And anything not Welsh, actually.

As for Vern, I'm not so sure about him. I'd be a bit wary, if I were you.

If I hated Trainz I wouldn’t be so passionate about the shortcomings or have TANE and TRS19 side by side on the laptop along with Transdem, for route building.

Mike, I just realised that I could put my location in a similar style to yours......you have "S.W. WALES", whereas I could have "N.S. WALES".
