      Thanks, I like them too - turned out a lot better than I thought they would, altho the LOD sometimes makes the yellow bleed onto the roof at certain angles and distances. Probably nothing I can do about that.

                  Still trying to hit the right shade for "candy apple green" here;



                  Worst trouble is the C&NW apparently used colorblind paint mixers and early color photography didn't hold color very long, so it's all over the place. I have three sources that claim to be the "correct" colors for candy apple green and stagecoach yellow, none of them are right.

                    Screw it, close enough for disco.



                    Upper right is a really dark dark green with about the right proportions of red and blue, bottom is what the lighting does to it in game, top left is an actual loco. That's probably as close as I'm gonna get, for something like 50-80-70 ingame I gotta darken the texture all the way down to 15-45-40. Once they're weathered they'll probably look more realistic.
