Looks okay, but not £55 okay IMHO anyway.

TRS22 Plus member beta tester Vern.

So it was a free install for me.

No idea why the Liskeard - Looe branch is being sold or included in TRS22.

When the complete Cornish Railways freeware route is on the DLS by the same author.

Which includes the branch and others.

            N3V snake oil!
I will probably wait until '22 is on Steam and in a sale...

Hahahahahahaha, yes it is Vern, but i hate Steam with a vengeance. I changed the environment setting while i was driving. From Jan to July, the snow textures are just as bad as TS2022 and TSW2. Do not see the point of running a route covered in unconvincing white out. When the author has taken care to create a lovely landscape. (click for full size)

Yes much better without the snow.

Trouble is Vern, as nice as some of the routes are.

Still have to drive them, mostly in low res loco's with incorrect cabs.

That is the problem. I know you're not keen on TSW but at least the locos have decent cabs and (mostly) good sounds.

Even TS2022 has decent cabs Vern. N$V just cannot be bothered to either create or commission decent UK payware.

But there again decent UK routes are in the main none existent. So nothing to run them on anyway.

Just downloaded and installed 4 Australian routes from the DLS. They all have dozens of missing dependencies.

Unknown and payware etc etc. Why in hells teeth can't N$V restrict DLS uploads to addons that have all the requirements on the DLS.

                      Mike.

They can't even take simple steps to stop drug sellers posting on their forum...

I just deleted the whole TRS19 mess again, hit the same problem as you Mike. Fancied doing a Swedish style model railway but all the Swedish stuff on the DLS is either ancient and aliased to the F7 cab and sounds, or requires a cartload of deps from third party sites.

Spot on Vern, too much of a fanboi forum anyway.

I am very close to hitting the delete button and cancelling my monthly membership.

I can't make head nor tail of the new Surveyor 2 anyway. My own fault, old dog new tricks etc.

DLS was a good idea in the beginning, but it hasn't been policed properly by N$V over the years.

I can understand why some will not upload their creations there, but it does make life very difficult.

                          Mike.

Well TRS19 usually ends up reinstalled, generally after a few days wrestling with the TS editor. At least it clears out the Gb's of downloaded junk for a fresh start!

                              NSW Illawarra South Coast route

Quite nice freeware route on DLS, with loads of missing payware and non dls assets.

Comes with a selection of sessions.

Oh look that cab interior looks familiar
