    Thanks, Mike.
I had a feeling it was that one but couldn't be sure.

Much longer than the Trainz version Bruce. Which i found out today is only 62 miles end to end, Denver - Hot Sulphur Springs.

Certainly 100% Aussie, Mike. That route couldn't be mistaken for being anywhere else!

Yes Bruce unmistakable and more NSW. Just a shame there do not seem to be any west coast routes.

There are lovely Westrail liveried loco's, but nothing to run them on.

              Mike.

The only West Coast route I came across was based on the Kalamunda zig zag line outside Perth but have a feeling it wasn't to scale and was probably built back in the 2006 era.

Okee dokes, thanks Vern appreciate the info.
Powder River Basin route, empties to Rawhide Mine. My own made up consist, so no idea if it is even sensible

NSW Main South - VR North East. Seymour - Cootamundra. VR BG line runs alongside, as far as Albury. Freeware class 92's and a 93. Superb models and as good as the ones i have from the N$3 store.

                      Kalamunda SE - 70000
                      13th February 2002

                      Description
A challenging end-to-end layout running through Western Australian style scenery, very loosely based on the Midland to Kalamunda line of the WAGR.

Sadly the file is very old and size of route is 583kb
                      But thank you anyway, Vern.

                      Mike.

It is a lovely route 400km standard gauge and 200km broad gauge Bruce. Plus i have the merged section of purely VR which is connected about 12km approx north west of Seymour. Which adds even more VR broad gauge.

My Trainz install is TRS2022 with added Trainz Plus (build 117424), due to my Gold membership.

This is back to Illawarra South Coast. Double headed Class 85's heading to Bomaderry. Probably another nonsense consist.

Thanks for the info on the Trainz version, Mike.
Yes. just from the screenshots I'm impressed. If I ever get around to reinstalling/updating Trainz I'll definitely get that and the Illawarra route as they are very authentic.

Those two electrics would have been quite at home on the Illawarra....maybe the containers are an unusual cargo for that line.....but coal was definitely hauled by the locos....see here...third paragraph.

Mike, let me try and get my head around the Trainz thing......with your help, please.

If I go to the N3V website I see a category called Trainz Memberships.
Clicking on that brings up a lot of scrolling stuff but what I targeted was Trainz Plus and then Gold Membership.
If I opt for this subscription then by looking at all the green ticks down the right-hand column, it appears that I can start using Trainz 2022 immediately. Correct?

If that is right, how do I then go about accessing those two routes......Illawarra and NSW south?

Hiya Bruce, yes with your membership you will be able to access and download TRS2022 straight away.

There are three levels of membership. Trainz Plus, Silver and Gold. Gold gives you everything from the three levels, the other two have features missing, compared to Gold (sorry not very good at explaining). This was posted in 2019 about the updated memberships buddy.

                                https://www.trainzportal.com/News/vi...bership-update.

Both the routes you mention are on the DLS. Just a matter of downloading them and their dependencies. If you choose a membership option, Gold gives you access to everything on the Trainz Store. So you will then have the ability to also download (they install automatically) the payware dependencies required by the two routes. From the Content Store, which is accessed from the Trainz Launcher window.

Ask anything you wish Bruce and i will try to be of some help.

                                Mike.
