Never played that Vern, apart from trains and trucks.

My games of choice are like Call of Duty (fps) and Company Of Heroes (rts).

Good that your original disc version works buddy.

I just reinstalled Mass Effect, for evening time. Tried the remastered Steam version but in ME1 the camera spins constantly when trying to move the character, had to refund. So dug out the old disc version and works perfectly. ME2 and ME3 to follow.

Oh you have the Surveyor addiction, Vern

Yes agree on new hobby. Hence my desire to get into Hornby T:120, but the trainset i am after.

Is still not available, only to pre-order. So waiting patiently for Hornby to get their act in gear, buddy.

Re-installed TSC this morning and the Preston - Glasgow - Edinburgh merge.

Same here Mike though in my case it's Surveyor. Spent a couple of days in the TSC route editor had me tearing my hair out and that's just laying track. So there I was on the laptop this morning reinstalling TRS19 and seeing what routes are lurking in my Transdem and model extraction folders.

Sometimes I think we need a new hobby!

Agree with everything you have written Vern. Hence the uninstall of both Alpha and TRS22 Plus and cancelling of membership.

Bloody Trainz to me is like some people say Run8 is to them. Keeps drawing us back in. Decision made because i read that even with this automated Living Railway. Players are still going to have to place all sorts of markers and Interlocking Towers. To help the AI with pathing. So to me that is a complete waste of time, buddy.

    I see that Mike.
Which is why Trainz still excels at being a model railway format, rather than accurate prototype operations.
They need the equivalent of SSS, Bossman or Victory doing steam work for them. I get the impression even third parties who did the likes of the S&C or PLL have abandoned any further work.

The Mark Ones are nice but IMHO should be part of the default TRS22 package. As someone said over at the official forum, even the ones that came with the S&D are now horribly outdated.

I only installed this, because it includes a brand new set of BR MK1's in blue-grey livery. As i said on the N3V forum the loco sounds are diabolical. Which got the usual response from da management.

New Class 43's and coaching stock.

New Class 11 as well, with a superb cab interior. But why not an 08, the fools.

Hump Shunting. The components can be used on any route. Just think of the enjoyment on a UK route, sorting all those 4 wheel wagons, Tyne Yard for instance on the ECML route.
