I found that asset and put it in the assets folder then went to tile +000000-000001 in the World Editor and added a tree and F2 to save and no error.

I can't figure out why RS.com even messed with the missing asset thing in the first place.

Ever since I had the European version and the NA version of RailSimulator and RailWorks, I never used the LogMate, I just fixed the errors without it. This missing blueprint thing never really affected the running of RW nor the World Editor, at least I never seen the error.

I guess I should ask you what kind of mood you're in before I post anything in the future.

            Empty? Hmmmm...

I won't claim to have read every post in this thread, but if I've folowed the gist of the debate (polite word for a street fight), one of the primary points of contention has to do with finding Routes.XML empty after STEAM has applied the latest patch. Yet in the WIKI section about Automatic Backup, the following information appears at the bottom:

"Please note that since the release of RailWorks?, the Routes.XML file will no longer contain any data."

            Does that help anyone?

Where did that one come from, neither my installed from DVD basic copy of RW nor the last v.97.8a test update has one ?

                Street fight?

Somebody is having a street fight and they didn't invite ME? Hee-hee, I guess it depends on your perspective, couple guys got into a bar fight near here a few months back, cops came and tossed both of them in the clink. The neighbors are still talking about how "shocking" it was, altho there were no weapons involved and no actual injuries. And it ain't just me, I met another guy who also moved up here from the west side of Chicago, and he too was wondering what all the flap was about. To me this thread don't even qualify as a "debate", but I guess it all depends on what you're used to.

Anyway, no, I have no idea what they're talking about with routes.xml since RW don't have it, that was replaced with a RouteProperties.xml file in the root of each route. What this bug does is reduce scenery files to zero bytes, some have reported tracks.bin going to zero bytes, but again it only happens when you edit a route in the world editor. Which is why I posted my warning in the route and scenario forum, again, if you don't edit routes at all this won't affect you.
