I need some help trying to figure this error out. I was installing a .rwp file and now I am getting this error. The Package Manager never loads like it did and if I try to refresh this is what it get. I have the update installed V104.2b and have also gone on steam to check the files. Any clues as to what is going on? Sorry for the poor quality picture.

Are you trying to load the Bighorn route? I have been trying to get it loaded and am getting the same error.

Yes I am. I am still working on this but if you use RW Tools to check the route it found that one of the scenarios didn't have a scenario.bin file. The error went away when I deleted that scenario from the route folder. I am still having problems but the Package Manager is working normally again. There are some issues with this download but like I said earlier, I am still working them out. Will see what happens.Comment

The only way I got the package manager to work right again was to delete the Bighorn scenario with RW Tools. Keep me posted if you will if you get anything figured out.
