Good news, they're keeping the franchise going.

It would be almost excellent news if in addition to a 2015 version:

        1) We could keep our modifications, i.e. physics and sounds, when the update is installed.

        2) They made an honest effort to include real-world physics. By all means, dial-down the eye candy and give us a better railroad experience.

Don't get me wrong here - I enjoy TS 2014, and will continue buying Dovetail TS products. Please, just stop ignoring the customers requests.

More exciting news for your reading pleasure.
I sometimes fancy visiting the countryside in the driver's cab of a virtual train, especially now I've seen the new Jap…

Now that is what I have been posting about for some time now, for TS-2014 to have a similar distant view of the wold and looks like we might get it at last !

The changes (improvements?) to route building could be useful. Already own the New Haven route and the other two are triaged for a sale some time neither being of particular interest at least in the era they are set. This seems very much a "mid-term" budget, with the real manifesto to come about with the UE4 change.

Must make the people feel great who boned up $40 for a route just for DTG to give it away for free less than a year later.. Why even bother purchasing anything?

Steam sales are our friends. I for one patiently wait for them. Purchased routes that start out at $40.00 for $10.00, along with various other games.

That's one of their problems !

Once they started doing that most TS-2014 users are doing the same and they can kiss making larger profits goodbye !

Move on folks. Nothing to see here.

                        Realistic signalling? No mention.

                        Intelligent AI? Nope.

                        Proper multiplayer. Ignored.

                        Improved graphics. Yep.

Do we have any hard information on what will be included in the 2015 version?
