Hello,
I'm new to the forum,as I've just created my account.Unfortunatley,I still can't see the tunnels just outside of Grand Central, even if I tried a dozen times to reinstall the merge. The original New Haven map is working perfectly,so I don't think that is the problem. Can you somehow help me?

I know this is an old thread and I'm sorry, but I have spotted a minor problem regarding the merger route.
I am in the process of creating a scenario involving a run from New Haven to Long Branch (NJT leases equipment during football season from Long Branch for use for football games at metlife) and I have noticed leaving New Haven to Stamford, the HUD that shows how many miles to the next station stops counting at 38.90 miles
I'm running the scenario as i type so I don't know yet if it will start counting again, but this is weird as it's the only route I have that does this. Any suggestions?Tom

Hi Tom !
I am the creator of this merger !
You are talking about a Standard Scenario ?
I am only creating and running my pathed Freeroam scenarios and do not know much about Standard ones.
Created one to run from New Haven to Long Branch - Track 1 and the distance counter in the left part of the F4-Hud showing 125 miles counts down.
Where is there a next station distance counter showing in the Hud, unless you have created a next station stop in the Timetable ?Web site: www.otto-wipfel.co.uk

I am replying on a computer that doesn't have TS2016 on it so no screenshot to highlight what I mean. But my scenario has 12 stops, stamford being first, calculated at about 39 miles away. When I leave New Haven, the counter stops counting at 38.9 miles, and restarts again when I reach 33.15 miles, then counts down normal. I didn't run the whole scenario to see if it springs up again at another point, but we'll see.Tom

Hi Tom !
Looks like another glitch which has not been reported by anybody before, doing what you have done with your scenario.
I prefer to consult a running scenario's #9-Map to see where my player is in the route !
Have fun, Otto.
P.S.: Tested a Stamford waypoint and it has made no differece.
What loco is your consist using ?

Had nothing else to do and did one more test.
Cloned a Career scenario of the New Haven-Grand Central route, converted it to a Standard one, replaced its lead motor car with an ALP-45 diesel, changed the season, weather and time and this time it properly counted down the distances to the next stations.

Otto, i don't think this makes a difference but in the video you posted, your alp 45 is in diesel mode. Mine is in electric mode when I run it. Again, I don't think that makes any difference, but I'm going to redo the activity starting on a different track. We'll see what happens.
Also in my activity, every time I try to leave a station, I'm met with stop signals. Passing them doesn't do anything, mostly because I don't have any other consists in the route yet, but it's very annoying.Tom

Yes, Tom, creating and editing other than Freeraom scenarios is fraught with problems.
One of the routes I have recently worked on shows Stop at XXXX station in the running scenario's #9-Map and can not see how to edit it to do that in the Scenario editor and then perhaps have the Next Station mileage show in the F4-Hud as it does in many scenarios.
Perhaps having a merged Tracks.bin is the problem, not affecting running my clones Freeroam scenarios ?
Like I said, I prefer to do it my way !
Here is my clone of the running Semmering Bahn #9-Map with all its services and loose consists being active ! Stationary services are Players.
Have not yet started one of the many players available at Glognitz !
