Enhanced feather river canyon from High Iron Simulations
The fabulous Western Pacific Feather River Canyon Route now comes to Train Simulator Classic in an expanded and enhanced edition, re-creating the railroad’s magnificent 118-mile Third Subdivision from Oroville to Portola, California!
This is well worth the $40 to buy! Very nicely done. Still hate the track they put in some of these routes, I might replace the track at some point. The open autoracks are cool!
The Schnauzahpowahz guy on youtube did a review of it - he wasn't impressed, though It seems he has different expectations depending on what he's reviewing.

As an avid gamer on three different consoles and PC, I take these "reviews" with a grain of salt. Most reviewers of today are just looking for rates and click bait. They aren't truly gamers. Just like the "streamer" world has become..

I can tell you that it most certainly isn’t clickbait.
The route does look better in most areas. Stock mostly isn’t all that impressive but it’s fine for what it is. I have the original 2015 version and I intend on buying this one at some point.

I don't think click bait was intended, and he probably has valid points in the video too. That said, he does seem to come down a bit hard on dovetail from time to time.
I watched the video and what I took away from it was:
The route's a little better than it was before.
The improvements probably do not justify a re-purchase if you own the old route.
I already had the original version of the route and found the video helpful.
The route remains on my "following" list, but I think it'll take more than a $6 discount to get me to buy it.
I'd much rather get some more stuff for openrails presently. (And of course Run8 as they release new content.)
