First the 218, now the 380. Two really well made locos, and both fun to drive. I've only had a couple of runs in the 380 and must applaud the devs for a nicely detailed and good sounding model. The Cathcart remaster, with new lighting, fixed scenery, and busy timetable, really add life to this route. Off to make a couple more runs. Cheers!

The route looks nicer in daylight but apart from the stations the night lighting is no better. Buildings with a simple faded grey/yellow texture no projected or ambient light you would expect in a major conurbation. And Cathcart is still a bus service of a route.
380 has received reasonable reception but another one handled modern EMU, not really my thing - already plenty in game.Vern.

Are you still running with mods installed? I deleted all the stuff by Jetwash et al., and am running clean. I think the remaster looks quite good with the changed lighting and filled in areas. The 380 is well modelled, runs well, the sounds are good (better than a lot of offerings) and has a bit of 'pep'. I'm not fussed about one handle or two handle. I prefer diesel and transition era sure, and steam, but modern plastic is still a train. YMMV. CheersAvidly simming on the rails:

Thank you, Leaf85. I purchased some TSW4 stuff during the sale last few days. There still is some good stuff on sale now. I will wait for a sale on the 380. In the past, Dovetail games has the 2 widest ranging sales right after New Years and right after the 4th of July. But they run sales of other things all the time it seems.

I tend to wait for the sales as well, and luckily they had two recent sales (almost back-to-back) and I managed to pick up a few items. DTG is really good for having frequent sales. There is a 'new' DLC coming, the Class 158, done by Skyhook, for the Scotrail system- today's 'pre-patch' added the 158 services to the scenario planner on Cathcart Circle, and services for the Edenborough to Glasgow line. I'm assuming it's a revised version of the 158 from Midland Main Line by Skyhook which I found quite decent to drive.Avidly simming on the rails:
