Will there be a modern version of the PRR Eastern Region?

Not really, but there is the Horseshoe Curve route on the file library. It runs from Johnstown to Altoona in the modern NS era. The PRR-ER also has the Johnstown to Altoona territory. But really, the NS version is the most accurate.
