Well, I've reinstalled it and have Washington state, Oregon, California and Arizona maps (can't recall what was default and what was DLC).
Should I add Montana?
(Not sure about the Australia map as I'd need Alaska, apparently.)

Texas looks and sounds impressive.
The relationship between trucks and agriculture is something that some people might find trivial, yet it’s important to realize how crucial this cooperation actually is. Gone are now the days of small-scale farming in the backyards since the modern dedicated lands are growing in size rapidly. And what better place to look at as an example of this development than the state of Texas, which has 127 million acres of agricultural land?

I've been spending the last few days checking out Montana and completing the event. Kinda hoping to make my way over to Kalispell later tonight to see if theres any familiar Marias Pass train simulator sights. Really liking it so far, the last few state releases have been really high quality.

Very lucky Bruce, haven't done it since thank goodness.
I even find it weird when i drive on the UK part of ETS2. Hitting pavement edges, signs etc, hahahahaha.
Probably foreigners or huge truck sim fans Don't look at me, i have never been to Australia
Did you know there is an Australian map mod for ATS buddy ? Not very big, but i read it is quite realistic.

Good job it is a quiet road and nothing wanted to turn left, towards me.

I've seen people turn the wrong way into a round-about (when we were in Canberra....so I assume they were foreigners) but fortunately there were no collisions.

Maybe I should fire ATS up again. Apart from the driving on the wrong side, I can relate to the wide open spaces more than I can with ETS.

Definitely Texas next, Vern. This was posted on Steam before the Montana release date announcement.
While trucking and exploring the vast state of Texas in the upcoming DLC for American Truck Simulator, you might end up picking up a job or two from a couple of large car manufacturing plants. Today we will take a closer look at these two car factories and their impact on the local economy and industry. One of the car factories is located in Arlington, a part of the Dallas-Fort Worth region, and it has been producing vehicles for over 60 years.
I think you can only fast travel between locations you have already visited Vern. But i am not 100% sure of that one.
I just bought a new garage in Montana and then re-located to it, buddy. Then started working from there.
In v1.45 you get a new free truck, as well as new trailers. As well as all the updates and improvements. Truck is modern and not my taste. But what a different attitude to the trainsim developers.

Presumably you can fast travel to somewhere near the new map to save all that time on the Interstate, or even dead heading if you can't find a job not going that way.
