Surely in need of several saloons / package stores for our drinking pleasures & not to forget the redlight districts for those of us truckers far from home feeling rather lonely. We need simulated broken marriages, kids gone astray, due to our long stretches away from family. Course we also need Jamie Lee Towing from Highway Thru Hell for accidents, tow to impound yds. What's really needed though, is "Bounty Hunters" for those that don't make their truck payments. "MP Repo-Sessions". What's a few broken kneecaps as well.

That all sounds right up Scott's alley with his scene building talent... is there a SDK to bring in RL objects into ATS?
If you like what you see here at Trainsim.com, be it the discussions and knowledge in the forums, items saved in our library or the ongoing development of our TSRE Fork, I hope you'll consider a paid membership to help support keeping the site operating.... Thanks!

Sadly none of my ideas creative juices be worthwhile anyways, now that robo-trucks starting to come into the picture. All of us ATS / ETS truckers be out of work soon. Good note though. Now we'll be able to fix those simulated broken marriages, kids will have both parents, Kids back in school & off the streets. next step of ATS / ETS Mcdonald's Simulator for our new PC employment. "Ah PC Life Is Good".

McDonalds is already automated more than the trucking industry.

I'm waiting for my free computer and money so I can stay at home and play ATS while my server goes 24/7. I do miss ATS, but only so much time and money I'm afraid.

            Thanks

We don't McDonalds, rather have Dennys or Wendys, both far superior outlets for the unassuming connoisseur of retail food emporiums.

              Cheerz. Steve.

Always wanted to try Arby's "We Have The Meats". Sadly not available around my neck of the woods.

I snapped a shot of my ride Jerry. Somewhat basic, as the "Martin Bros Trucking" still in our infancy after several yrs. of ATS.
I outfitted my truck with the green rims in honor of my long-lost brother "Donny" at age 17.
We've 2 other tractors outfitted the same, with exception to the wheel finishes. Our hired Driver Jessica has her wheels in pink, while Jeri our senior driver, his wheels in blue. Our home base is Elko NV established not long after ATS got underway. We've 2 trailers of our own. 1 FlatBed, the other a LowBoy, which both paid drivers share the 2-trailers.

Anyways, thought perhaps Yourself / Others may enjoy the looks.

Hahahahahahaha, pink wheels the epitome of gender equality Scott

Nice piccie buddy, i only driver older trucks myself. I have a paid mod from RTA of the Peterbilt 359, which is my favourite.

But i also enjoy driving three free truck mods. Kenworth K100E, Freightliner FLA and Freightliner FLC.

Don't believe i have ever delivered to Elko. I do like ATS, but tend to drive ETS2 more. As i have two standalone 1:1 ratio map mods. Which i find more interesting than the 1:20 scale of the default maps, in both games.

                      Mike.

                        Jerry / Mike / ?

I don't know if you're aware of the program called Truckbook which may be of interest.
It's an electronic LogBook which works with both ATS / ETS, SP / MP modes as well.

If already aware, kindly disregard, if not, may be another feature to go alongside your trucking career.

Yes, on all my visits to the US over the years I never got to try Arbys either, however, I understand that they also do fish sandwiches besides all their meat offerings, and I'm a bit partial to a fish sandwich if it's done properly, so, if you visit one in future have a good look on the menu.

When I used to visit McD's the Filet-O'-Fish was my go to.
Sadly, I'll surely be planted 6' under before I locate an Arby's
Perhaps, the heaven's will offer a worthy Fish Sandwich, let us pray!.
                              What's a little Plastic & Mercury, right?.

The only decent take away, is cod in batter with chips. Wrapped in newspaper and covered in salt and vinegar.
