Free skin would be no good to me, as i never drive any of the SCS default trucks.

Never tried WoT Vern, strictly a "do my own thing" person. Still haven't driven Arkansaaaaaaaas, when i launched game for first time in 1.51 with the new DLC added. I had no terrain, and my truck was falling into a black abyss LOL. Worked out in the end it was an additional terrain mod, so that was deleted late last night. I have this new pc, but there is no urgency to fire it up. I didn't put it on till 3pm today.

Currently trying to do the World Of Trucks event for Arkansas. Done 6 of the 10 locations but messed up Texarkana as the delivery location not in the Arkansas section. My only (slight) niggle about Arkansas is that they seem to have gone overboard on the freeway coverage rather than giving you the option of some normal roads to use as an alternative.

I have gone cold on ETS2, i find it too bunch up at 1/20 scale.

Where as ATS can get away with it, because of the greater distances between destinations.

Nice one Mike. I’ll check and see if the discount shows up for me. I was still messing around in ETS2 yesterday, but had to take ProMods off as after I connected to World Of Trucks, it wasn’t loading into the main menu.

Edit: In some ways I prefer ATS anyway, the roads are easier to negotiate with the trucks and it does seem the version that gets most love from SCS.

Edit 2: Yep bundle deal still there so saved the quid. Looks like I'm off Stateside later.

Got Arkansaaaaaaaaaaaas for a £1 cheaper by buying a bundle of two items, one of which i already owned. Very strange but no complaints as i saved a quid. Also purchased the sports paint scheme dlc for £1.69, the only other dlc i didn't own.

I picked up Arkansas the other day and while it’s for thatnot a big state, it has been a bit of fun. The towns and scenery feel incredibly realistic, SCS has really come a long way with that. The new dynamic loading/unloading feature is also pretty cool if you have a grain trailer or a chip van. I've found several depots from California to Arkansas which have them.

I see they have just released Arkansas but think I will wait a while as I can't see it adding much the other mid-West States already offer, other than even further distance to drive all the way across to California!

Scenery is great chilla, i much prefer ATS to ETS2 for that reason.

Yeah i love the scenery sometimes to much though I end up crashing or almost crashing its a really nice game to chill out and relax to.
