Railroad Car Positioning Device?

Evening, I am looking for information regarding the mechanisms mounted along the railroad tracks that has dogs that push against the outside frame of the trucks to push the car forward. These devices are used at loading/unloading facilities in place of a small locomotive sometimes and generally push the car at less than 1 MPH. The best example I can give even know I cannot find any photos would be the arrangment at the Cargill grain elevators in Seattle Washington. No,No,No. The thing I am looking for is mounted on the tracks and pushed the car along with a set of dogs that make contact on the truck frame. They are either hydraulic or cable drawn? There is a very short segment of what I am looking for in the program from Machines of iron, "The Return of Stampede Pass". What I am looking for is NOT a locomotive. The thing is mounted on the track structure. Since Cargill is so secretive about their operations I cannot seem to find a picture of the darn thing in use at the Seattle grain car unloading station.

Nope. Neither of those are it. It's sorta like this http://www.google.com/patents?id=wUx...page&q&f=false only the dogs make contact on the lower side frame where the springs are. Maybe You Tube would have the above mentioned program? Or atleast the portion I referenced? I am kinda fustrated at the moment trying to explain this thing as I have found not a darn thing on the web so far. Maybe there is a way to use Google street view and peep around the Seattle grain car tracks facility? They also had at the time of the program (1997) two EMD switchers one was black and yellow and the other was green and white.

The genesis of this whole mess is to render the thing in Gmax and use it at a fictional location on something I am cooking.

Yes, That is very similar to what I am looking for. Now I need to find a reference for slightly older models of such devices? Late 80's early 90's.
