    Cant download from File Library

Hi yall, When I try to download anything from the file library I get this -

Your browser or download accelerator is not using the login cookie.
These are the cookies your download accelerator is giving us:

We have many reports of problems with Windows 7 not working correctly
Many download accelerators apparently don't know where to find the cookies because they were moved.
GetRight 6.3e does not work with 64 bit Internet Explorer
We will update this page as we get more info.

Is there anyway to fix this? I have downloaded files in the past with no problems but for about the past few weeks iv been getting this error. Yes I am running windows 7 64 bit and have tried internet explorer, firefox, opera, and google chrome and none have seemed to help. So any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

Go to the browser you intend to use, go to the settings and make sure it is set to accept cookies. Cookies are required to use this site!
Google Chrome and Firefox are far better to use with Windows 7 than Internet Explorer.

Check your security settings...especially if using Internet Explorer..if set too high, they will keep websites from loading.

So now I have the firewall turned off, anti virus turned off, browsers to except cookies, and security setting set as low as they can go.
And still getting the same message.

So what changed between the time it was working and the time it stopped working? BTW, I would turn the firewall and AV back on.

Try opening a command window with Run as Administrator, and type in "ipconfig /flushdns" without the quotes.

Have you tried running your preferred browser as administrator? Maybe that might be the problem.

I'm having the same issue. I'm using Google Chrome. I've logged out and logged back in and still can't connect to the download section. I also tried using IE and got the same results.
