Odd Screen When Opening First Post

Is anyone else seeing this... Every time I've come to the site today, when I try to open the first post all I get is a medium grey screen with a fuzzing horizontal blue line near the top. I have to use the back button, select the same post and it opens normally.

OK, now that I stop and whine about it, it stops happening! Can I blame that on Microsoft too?

Can you run opera in safe mode and see what happens?

I could but this is the one and only website I've had this problems with, so would imagine it's something to do with Opera and the new security here.
