Not, haven't really been enjoying it so far, Mike.
Only been home a week after spending 11 days in hospital. Gradually getting there but it'll take a few weeks, I'm told.
Oh well....at least I'm still on the right side of the grass!

lol Fine vid, though, that's not RRing. Now throw in Motormen operating via RC, &, chasing the train for the entire trip via auto. That would surely be modern RRing, along with an unforgettable trip for viewers such as myself, never haven stepped foot outside N. America.

It most certainly does Vern. I asked my youngest daughter to fetch me a cottage pie from Morrison's, a couple of weeks back.

One of the ingredients was concentrated garlic. I mean i ask you in a cottage pie. Luckily enough she and my son in law like garlic, so they had it off me. What next garlic in apple crumble or christmas mince pies

With you on the onions Vern, completely. Cheese and onion sarnie, with the tears streaming down your face

    What was the original topic

With you on the garlic Mike, can't stand the stuff. Trouble is, seems to find it's way into everything even the breadcrumbs or batter on fish. Now onions I love, the stronger the better whether cooked in a casserole, fried with the mushrooms and sausages or raw in a cheese and onion sandwich.

Well that was completely off the original topic so I'll get my coat...

It's not exactly original though Nick.

I know Bruce, there was only light heartedness in my reply buddy.

But putting smilies all the time, just spoils the wind up

You should know me better than that butt.

    Mike.

I could have some fun with this one but they don't call me the "closer" for anything so I'll just stay on the bench and eat my popcorn again.

    Thanks

[QUOTE=haverfordwest;2011349]Yup it's called, lets look at the world how it really is. Not through some rose tinted goggles, pretending that everything is better now than it used to be.

Privatisation is a complete disaster. Preservation railways are some make believe joke. We built all our own loco's and rolling stock years ago. Not just for our own use, but also for the rest of the world. Now we buy rubbish from, Spain, Japan, Germany, anywhere but in the UK.

    I think there's a trend, here.

Don't like leeks Bruce and the one thing i cannot stand is garlic. God knows why everything suddenly needs to have garlic in it, these days.

The trend is Bruce, i know my own mind buddy. I know what i like and what i don't like.
