Those are from a Robert Murphy set from ages ago... I created the freight animation for the tie bulkhead and the ties....

    Original set: 74971

They're loosely based off what I saw with the UP double tracking project when I lived in AZ. Never got around to modeling the track-laying machine or the shuttle crane that rode across the flat cars, but that would make for a fun project for someone someday...

I know there's quite a few Mow items in the library ( Mow locomotives, flat cars, some cranes, etc. ) ---SLI released a small UP Mow set , Paul Charland made up an extensive CV mow set, and there's an old MSTS set that I use for scenery.

It would be nice to have a default-generic Mow set that could be used on any road.

Train Simulations also has a CP MOW set and I think as well as the mentioned CV set Paul Charland also made a CP set.

I believe there's also a UP MOW set in one of the packs on TS as well.

I have the UP MOW set -- it's now part of the Archive section in UP Trainsets #2: https://www.trainsimulations.net/up-trainsets-vol2
