New Files tweak

By request... two changes to the New Files view.

• If you have a preferred region declared in your in User Settings, "New Files" list will show your preferred region first, followed by all remaining regions
• You can temporarily ignore your preferred region and see it as it was prior to today by clicking on the "Ignore Profile Preferences" link by the top of the results
• The display range for New Files will now be uploads within the previous 31 days -- it had previously been set to 90 days

If you haven't set a preferred region yet, you can do so by going to the profile menu (where your name is displayed). You can change these as often as you wish to.

Idea,

Add a filter that separates payware addons from freeware.

There is now a payware field that uploaders can update, but it will take quite a while before that's going to be of any value as a filter. We have over 50,000 files in the library. Around 400 have the payware field updated.
